Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0003) to Solicitation SPRRA2-26-Q-0020 makes the following changes:

• Acquisition Strategy: The requirement has changed from a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. Offers from all business firms will now be considered.

• Solicitation Update: Applicable Full and Open Competition provisions and clauses will be incorporated.

• Proposal Due Date Extension: The proposal due date has been extended from April 17, 2026, to May 15, 2026.

The proposal due date has been extended to May 15, 2026. The acquisition strategy has shifted to Full and Open Competition, meaning offers from all business firms are now accepted.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0002) to solicitation SPRRA2-26-Q-0020 modifies the contract/order as follows:

• Quantity Change: The quantity for item 0001AA (CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER) is changed from 3 EA to 14 EA.

• Item 0001AA: Quantity updated.

• Solicitation SPRRA2-26-Q-0020: The quantity specified in the original solicitation is modified.

• The core requirements and terms of the solicitation remain the same, with the exception of the quantity adjustment.

• All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

• Removal of UNICOR Information: Contractor and DCMA points of contact specific to Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) have been removed.

• Updated Provisions: Applicable small business set-aside provisions and clauses have been incorporated.

• WAWF Clause Update: The Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) clause has been updated.

• New Sections Added: Language for "Basis of Award" has been added to Section M, and "Use of Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS)" and "Reverse Auction" language have been added to Section L.

• Proposal Due Date Extended: The proposal due date has been extended from April 10, 2026, to April 17, 2026.
