Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for:

• Providing and installing new HVAC units (4-ton and 2.5-ton split systems) equivalent to the existing propane-fired units, compatible with existing system components.
• Removing and disposing of existing defective units off-site.
• Installing two vertical economizers, new thermostats, gas and electrical connections, and condensation drains.
• Obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with the 2023 National Electrical Code, 2024 International Building Code, and other applicable standards.
• Providing a one-year parts and labor warranty, a three-year heat exchanger warranty, and a five-year compressor warranty.
• Verifying system operations and providing a technical demonstration to the COR. New HVAC units must be Energy Star compliant.
