The current scenario focus is on Control and Reporting Center/Contingency Response Element (CRC/CRE) Battle Management.
Contract Details
- Type: Anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP), though the Air Force reserves the right to award other instrument types (e.g., FAR/OT for Prototype, grant, cooperative agreement, OT for Research, or C type contract).

Evaluation & Security
Proposals will be reviewed without negotiation/discussion, though the government reserves the right to negotiate. Award recommendations are expected by March 24, 2026. Event success is defined by a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and associated lessons learned. Security requirements include adherence to AFRLI 61-113, a Security Risk Review process, General Operations Security (OPSEC), and Tier 1 background checks for personnel.
