Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive laundry and dry-cleaning services for transient training units, the Regional Training Institute (RTSM), and Warrant Officer Candidate Program (WOCAP) students at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center (CSJFTC).

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for laundry and dry-cleaning services.

• Clean a variety of linens including sheets, pillowcases, mattress covers, thermal blankets, and wool blankets.

• Services to be performed in accordance with best commercial practices.

• Includes management, labor, transportation, equipment, pickup/delivery, and facility operation.

• Receive, account for, process, and return all tendered items within specified timelines.

• Pickup: 95% of articles to be picked up within 48 hours of notification or agreed schedule.

• Delivery: 98% of delivered finished articles to meet quality standards (soil removal, fabric appearance, odor, dryness, softness, proper bundling).

• Timeliness: 95% of cleaned items returned within 72 hours of pickup.

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL): 5% failure for timely pickup, 2% failure for quality standards, 5% failure for timely return.

• Period of Performance: 1 Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years.

• Place of Performance: Post Central Supply (PCS) Warehouse, Building 201, Camp Shelby, MS.
