Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for campground host services at Winhall Brook Camping Area, Ball Mountain Lake, South Londonderry, VT. The services involve daily operation and minor maintenance of the camping area, including 111 campsites, the contact station, and the host campsite.

• Furnish all labor for daily operation and minor maintenance of Winhall Brook Camping Area.

• Operate and maintain the contact station, including opening and closing, gate management, and cleaning.

• Utilize the Recreation One Stop (R1S) system for reservation management.

• Provide visitor assistance and enforce regulations.

• Perform various other duties such as selling "America the Beautiful" passes, collecting dump station fees, selling firewood, campsite inspections, and litter removal.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary campsite.
