Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverages, professional management, and IT enhancements (e.g., online ordering, delivery). This includes designing and constructing modern 21st-century venues, ensuring efficient access to charging stations (at least 33% of seating capacity). Menus must offer diverse, healthy options, adhering to military dietary reference intakes (MDRI), "Go for Green" principles, and specific nutritional standards outlined in Attachment J.12. Automated Point of Sale (POS) systems with AFMIS interoperability are required for Essential Station Messing (ESM) meal verification. Staffing includes a Head Chef (ACF certified) and a Dietitian at each location. Marketing strategies should promote healthy choices and increase ESM utilization. The contract also involves adherence to a comprehensive construction guide (Attachment 03) for design and build-out phases.
Contract Details
