Scope of Work
The selected concessionaire will be responsible for:
- Financing, designing, building/renovating facilities, and providing IT enhancements/platforms for CSDV operations.
- Operating and maintaining a minimum of one CSDV, initially at Sustainment Bistro, Bldg 780, Schofield Barracks, HI, with potential expansion to other locations at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, and Wheeler Army Airfield.
- Providing 24/7 access to prepared healthy food, offering strong restaurant brands, and a variety of meal and service options (a la carte, dine-in, takeout, delivery, meal prep).
- Implementing innovative trends and capabilities and maintaining operating hours beyond traditional DFACs.
- Ensuring compliance with DoD nutritional standards (Attachment J.15) and purchasing food from American sources where practicable.
- Adhering to prevailing wage rates for construction (Attachment J.3.3) and Service Contract Act wage determinations for services (Attachment J.3.2).
Contract & Timeline
