This is a combined presolicitation notice and solicitation for Canned Vegetables, specifically Canned Vegetable Soups, for the National School Lunch Program and other Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is procuring these items.

• The primary deliverable is Canned Vegetable Soups (24/1 cans).

• Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

• A specific commodity specification for Canned Soup dated July 2021 is included.

• The "Quantity Tolerance" section of the specification document, allowing for +/- 50 cases, is NOT applicable to this solicitation. USDA will not pay for cases exceeding the contracted quantity.

• Offerors intending to use multiple processing plants/shipping points must submit a list of approved locations.

• This solicitation includes Amendment 01, dated January 13, 2026, which adds the Commodity Specification for Canned Soup dated July 2021.
