• System Live Date: The Government anticipates system implementation by the end of FY26, with a target start date of June 1, 2026. Offerors must propose a realistic implementation schedule.

• Operations & Maintenance: The contract requires Offerors to provide Operations, Maintenance, and System Administration and Security Services for the hosted platform.
• Technical Proposal Guidance: Offerors shall address all applicable sections of the SOO and functional requirements, clearly describing system capabilities, architecture, and platform capabilities. Project management must be included as part of the Management Approach.
• Resumes: Resumes are required for key personnel only and should include relevant qualifications, experience, and certifications. Page limitations remain unchanged.
