The contractor is responsible for all setup, serving, breakdown, and cleanup of serving lines. Services are required between 0700-0800 and 1800-1900 on training dates.
Key Requirements
Offerors must possess a current American National Standard Institute (ANSI) - Conference for Food Protection (Serve Safe) certification or similar. A copy of a current Food Service Establishment Health Inspection Report with a "B" or equivalent letter grade and "Good Compliance" rating is required. Contractors must demonstrate capability to provide meals on a 3-day catering menu rotation. Adherence to Federal, State, and local food safety laws, including TB Med 530, is mandatory. Special dietary meals, including Halal, must be provided upon request.

Submission & Evaluation

Submissions should include a cover letter, Volume I (SF 1449 with pricing), and Volume II (Technical approach addressing certifications, health reports, and menu capability). Past performance will be retrieved by the Government. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, considering Technical Capabilities, Price, and Past Performance, with Technical and Past Performance requiring an "Acceptable" rating. The Government intends to award without discussions. Payment requests must be submitted through PIEE (WAWF).
