The contractor is responsible for all setup, serving, breakdown, and cleanup of serving lines. Services are required between 0700-0800 and 1800-1900 on training dates.

Key Requirements

Offerors must possess a current American National Standard Institute (ANSI) - Conference for Food Protection (Serve Safe) certification or similar. A copy of a current Food Service Establishment Health Inspection Report with a "B" or equivalent letter grade and "Good Compliance" rating is required. Contractors must demonstrate capability to provide meals on a 3-day catering menu rotation. Adherence to Federal, State, and local food safety laws, including TB Med 530, is mandatory. Special dietary meals, including Halal, must be provided upon request.
