  • Performing light preparation (portioning, reheating) in the Dining Facility (DFAC) kitchen; no cooking allowed.

  • Ensuring meals provide up to 2500 calories per day and are appropriate for the time of day.
  • Publishing menus 72 hours in advance and adjusting with 48-hour notice.
  • Providing disposable cutlery, napkins, cups, and condiments.
  • Adhering to food handling safety, local laws, and US Government security procedures.
  • Providing licensed/qualified cooks and maintaining required insurance.
