Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all materials, food, and beverages for to-go and cafeteria-style lunch and dinner meals. Key requirements include:

- Providing special dietary options such as Kosher, Halal, and Vegetarian meals.
- Supplying flight meals upon request.
- Serving meals cafeteria-style in the Dining Facility (DFAC) with authorized light preparation (portioning, reheating) only; no cooking allowed in the DFAC kitchen.
- Providing all necessary serving equipment, bottled water (2x 500mL per person per feeding) 24/7, and various drink options during meal services.
- Ensuring meals provide up to 2500 Calories per day and are appropriate for the time of day.
- Adhering to performance standards requiring licensed cooks, appropriate insurance, and compliance with local food preparation and handling laws.
