Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all materials, food, and beverages for to-go style and cafeteria-style catered lunch and dinner meals. The government will supply Unitized Group Rations (UGRs) for breakfast and midnight meals. Key requirements include:
- Serving up to 550 personnel daily.
- Offering two meat, two vegetable, and two starch options per meal, with portion sizes of 6 oz protein, 8 oz vegetable, and 6 oz starch.
- Providing special dietary options (Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian) and flight meals upon request.
- Performing light preparation (portioning, reheating) in the Dining Facility (DFAC) kitchen; no cooking allowed.
- Supplying all necessary serving equipment, bottled water (2x 500mL per person per feeding), and other beverages.
- Ensuring meals provide up to 2500 calories per day and are appropriate for the time of day.
- Publishing menus 72 hours in advance and adjusting with 48-hour notice.
- Providing disposable cutlery, napkins, cups, and condiments.
- Adhering to food handling safety, local laws, and US Government security procedures.
- Providing licensed/qualified cooks and maintaining required insurance.
