Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services to assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services and managing administrative tasks for the Catholic community. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with religious services in accordance with Roman Catholic Church guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies, and Army Regulation 165-1.
- Providing administrative support for services, including preparing liturgical items and maintaining community registration.
- Creating and distributing weekly Catholic bulletins and announcements.
- Coordinating community events, facility reservations, and publicity.
- Managing sacramental records and providing essential documents for AMS Quarterly Clergy reports.
