The position is part-time.

Eligibility & Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must be Catholic, confirmed, in good standing with the Catholic Church, and possess at least two years of experience in Catholic programming (military chapel experience preferred). Strong communication skills, a current driver's license, and vehicle insurance are required. Travel costs between locations must be incorporated into the FFP quote. For extended absences (over 3 days), a qualified backfill professional must be provided at no additional cost.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable proposal. Technical evaluation will be based on an "Acceptable" / "Unacceptable" rating, alongside Supplier Performance Risk (SPRS) and Price. Proposals must be submitted via email in English and PDF format. Faxed offers will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
