The contractor will provide administrative coordination for Catholic Religious Education (RE) services, assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest at USAG Hawaii Main Post Chapel and AMR Chapel. Key tasks include:
- Developing and maintaining a monthly RE calendar, including regular, seasonal, community, and special events.
- Preparing facility reservation requests, publicity flyers, and tracking weekly RE program attendance.
- Formatting, organizing, and preparing program materials (curriculum, supplies) for RE classes.
- Collecting and preparing sacramental records (birth certificates, baptism, first communion) in the AMS portal.
- Becoming knowledgeable of the RE Program through SOPs, schedules, and Concept of Operations.
- Attending and participating in required meetings.

- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Requirements contract.
- Period of Performance: A base period from February 8, 2026, through February 7, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods, and a potential 6-month extension.
