Scope of Work

The contractor will provide administrative support to the Catholic Chaplain and Priest, assisting in conducting religious education services. Key responsibilities include:

• Attending required meetings.
• Preparing and tracking documents such as monthly calendars of RE events, facility reservation requests, flyers, and attendance reports.
• Assisting with preparation, copying, distribution, and resetting of spaces for RE program materials.
• Collecting and preparing sacramental records for the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) portal.
• Ensuring compliance with Roman Catholic Church guidelines, AMS policies, and Army regulations.

• Training: Required training includes Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, Cyber Awareness, Information Assurance, PII, and Child Protection.
• Compliance: Contractor personnel must possess strong communication and computer skills, work professionally in a pluralistic environment, and comply with installation access/security policies (e.g., Common Access Cards).
• Wage Determination: Wage Determination No. 2015-5313 Rev 28 (dated December 3, 2025) applies, establishing minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for service employees in Comanche and Cotton Counties, Oklahoma.
• SAM Registration: Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
