Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating and administering comprehensive Catholic Religious Education services for Roman Catholic personnel and their families aboard MCASI. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and overseeing weekly religious education (CCD), Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA), and Adult Faith Formation programs.
- Coordinating and supporting sacramental preparations and events (e.g., Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage Preparation).
- Planning and coordinating two pilgrimages and one family retreat annually.
- Conducting Stations of the Cross during the Easter Season.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising adult volunteers (catechists).
- Managing program administration, including forecasting resources, planning events, coordinating registration, maintaining records, and submitting reports.
