Purpose & Submission
This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government seeks to determine the availability of commercial sources capable of performing these services. Interested vendors must submit a written Statement of Capabilities demonstrating their ability to meet the Draft PWS requirements. Vendors may also provide comments or suggested revisions to the PWS. Only vendors who meet the following criteria should respond:
- Ability to meet all PWS requirements.
- Active and current SAM registration (www.sam.gov).
- Not on the Excluded Parties List.
- Possess required certifications relevant to the services. Each response must reference the Sources Sought title and vendor name, and include: Point of Contact, Unique Entity ID (UEI), contractor address, business size under NAICS 813110, and intent to subcontract (if applicable).
