Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for a Catholic Worship Director/Musician to plan, coordinate, implement, and perform music for Catholic worship services and other special services at the Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base chapel.

• Plan, coordinate, and perform music for Catholic worship services and special services.

• Conduct rehearsals and coordinate with volunteer musicians and vocalists.

• Manage facility requests and fund requests related to music services.

• Coordinate with the Catholic chaplain or their designee for service music.

• Provide substitute musicians of equal or higher proficiency, approved in advance by the Catholic chaplain or COR.

• Ensure all music and video reproduction complies with copyright laws (CVLI and CCLI).

• Maintain a professional working relationship and a neat, clean appearance.

• Coordinate music requirements with the Catholic Chaplain at least 72 hours in advance.

• Rehearsals to be held at the Geilenkirchen (GK) Chapel (Bldg 3) between 0800-1900.

• Perform 52 units annually, with up to 10 additional units authorized for special services, for a maximum of 62 units.
