Scope of Work

• Foundations: One pair of 16-foot or two pairs of 8-foot precast reinforced concrete L-shaped bases, meeting BLM specifications for strength (minimum 3,000 psi compressive strength), cement content, and finish.
• Delivery: All items must be delivered FOB Destination to BLM Carson City, 5665 Morgan Mill Road, Carson City NV 89701. A 48-hour delivery notice is required, and a forklift and operator will be available for unloading. Only new materials are to be used.

Submission & Evaluation

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, are Technical Specifications, Price, and Past Performance (combined).
• Required Forms: Offerors must complete Standard Form 1449 and ensure electronic annual representations and certifications are current in SAM.
• Invoicing: Electronic invoicing via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is required.
