This amendment (0001) modifies the solicitation for the following:

• Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time. Attendees should meet NPS personnel at the Visitor Center of Walnut Canyon National Monument, 3 Walnut Canyon Road, Flagstaff, AZ. The site visit is not mandatory.

• Question Due Date: Extended to January 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

• Quote Due Date: Extended to February 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

• Solicitation due dates for questions and quotes.

• Information regarding the site visit.

• Offerors must acknowledge this amendment with their quote package.

• Proposal deadlines have been extended as noted above.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quote - RFQ) for CCTV inspection and cleaning of approximately 3,962 linear feet of the wastewater collection system at Walnut Canyon National Monument (WACA). The work includes labor, equipment, and services necessary for this task.

• Cleaning of gravity sewer lines.

• CCTV inspection of wastewater piping.

• Observation of service connections from the mainline.

• Identification of visible defects.

• Submission of digital video and inspection documentation.

• Deliverables include continuous CCTV video files (MP4 or equivalent), a basic defect log with linear footage references, and identification of visible defects (e.g., root intrusion, cracks, offsets, obstructions).

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.

• Period of Performance: Not to exceed 90 calendar days.

• Start Requirement: Within 90 days of award.

• Field work duration: Approximately 4-6 working days.

• Delivery of inspection data: Within 10 calendar days of field completion.
