Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, including personnel, equipment (flatbeds, lowboys, Removable Goose Neck (RGN) trailers, 10K forklifts with 72-inch extended forks), supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. Services include safe and expeditious transport of supplies, materials, equipment, and containers. Border customs services, including a pressure wash system (minimum 90 PSI), are also required. The contractor must coordinate with Soto Cano AB, JTF-B J-4 for entry passes and documentation. Line haul services are required 7 days a week, between 0700 and 1700 hrs, with customs broker functions for Honduras and El Salvador completed four weeks prior to execution. Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for government document transmission is mandatory.
