Key Requirements

Services must be available 7 days a week, with backup vehicles available within 4 hours of a breakdown. Status reports are required every four hours and at the end of each day, with accidents reported within one hour. Drivers must be licensed, insured, and free of alcohol/drugs during duty. All contractor employees require background checks. Key personnel (Contract Manager and Alternate) must be fluent in English (Level II proficiency).
