The scope also covers salvaging reusable materials, daily off-site waste disposal, and restoring disturbed areas to pre-work conditions. A site visit was held on December 17, 2025; no further site visits will be conducted. Clarifications from Q&A include that only the double-drive-through gated entrance at Lock 2 esplanade will be replaced, CMMC Level 1 is sufficient, and approximately 280' of fixed and 200' of removable fencing are required. All personnel must be e-verified and visibly identifiable as federal contractors.
