Scope of Work

Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must meet specific criteria to participate:
- CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment): Mandatory for contract award and required to obtain access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) drawing packages.
- DD Form 2345: A current and certified Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement is required to access Export Controlled technical drawings.
- Past Performance: Bidders must provide past performance information using the attached Section L Attachment L-1 Past Performance Questionnaire and Section L Attachment L-2 Table PP-1 Past Performance Contract Data.
- Deliverables: The contract includes several Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for items such as Material, Plating/Coating, Dimensional Quality, Calibration, Proof Load, and Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Certifications. These must be submitted in Adobe PDF format to the designated CH-53K Support Equipment Engineer.
Evaluation & Submission
Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price factors. A rating of "Unacceptable" in either Technical or Past Performance will result in the proposal being deemed unacceptable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
