This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for an interior refresh of the Chapel Activity Center (CAC), Facility 528, at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Demolition: Removal of existing flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinets, and fixtures as detailed in Appendix C (Drawings ID101, ID102, ID103).

• Asbestos Abatement: Required for specific flooring materials, adhering to Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act and OSHA standards.

• Existing Furniture: Relocation and restoration of furniture as needed.

• Flooring Products: Installation of new flooring, including subfloor preparation, carpet, ceramic tile, and rubber wall base.

• Paint: Preparation and application of a minimum of two coats of paint on walls, doors, frames, and cabinets.

• Ceiling Tiles: Replacement of ceiling tiles as indicated.

• Kitchen Renovation: Addition of upper and base cabinets, including a cord management hole for a microwave, and painting.

• Appliances: Testing and verification of mechanical and plumbing installations for appliances.

• Protection of Government Property: Ensuring existing work and facilities are protected from damage during construction.

• Work must be completed in accordance with the SOW and is subject to inspection by ASRC Construction Management and Government Representative.

• Site must be cleaned to preconstruction conditions or better upon completion.

• Location: Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Facility 528.

• Project Duration: 135 calendar days total, including up to 45 days for non-performance (mobilization, lead time) and 90 days for the performance period after receiving a Notice to Proceed.

• Contractor's Representative: A qualified Superintendent and Quality Control representative are required.

• Work Hours: Normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Off-hours work requires prior approval.

• Access and Passes: Compliance with Installation Security Requirements is mandatory.

• Materials: Must meet the Buy American Act. Submittals and approvals are required before purchasing. Hazardous chemicals require Safety Data Sheets (SDS) approval.

• Safety: Compliance with DAFMAN 91-203 and OSHA standards is required.

• Warranty: A standard 1-year warranty for labor and material is required.

• Submittals: Includes asbestos manifests, training certificates, asbestos work plan, air clearance records, material submittals, and shop drawings.

• Provided Services and Utilities: Electric power and water will be provided. Contractor must provide latrines.

• Excess Materials: Contractor is responsible for hauling away non-hazardous waste and controlling foreign object debris (FOD).

• Special Materials: Prohibited materials are listed; ODC's are restricted.

• Attic Stock: 10% of materials must be provided as attic stock.
