  • Gray Market Prevention: Vendors must provide OEM authorization letters or documentation from an authorized wholesaler/reseller. No remanufactured or gray market items will be accepted.
  • Product Specifications: All products must include unit-of-use bar code labeling conforming to GS1-128 or HIBC standards, encoding the NDC, with a quality grade of C or better. Expiration dates must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery. Minimum bottle size is 100cc with a child safety cap, cylindrical body, and 5.75 inches circumference. A minimum of three lot numbers is required, shipped with one lot number per box.
