Scope of Work
The contractor will repair and recoat floors and walls in specific SRF areas, including Rooms 143, 144, 146, SRF Room 134 Bio Lab Entry, an Indoor Dock Area, and a hallway to Room 134 Lab. The work involves stripping old epoxy, grinding surfaces, and applying a new chemical-resistant epoxy coating (10-12 mil base, 14-18 mil topcoat) capable of withstanding organic solvents, strong acids/bases, oxidizing agents, and heavy traffic (up to 10,000 lbs). A 4-inch cove base is required on all walls. The new epoxy color should match existing floors recoated in 2022 and 2024. The contractor is responsible for dust capture and waste disposal.

Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted in two separate volumes:
- Volume I: Technical Proposal (5-page limit): Must demonstrate a clear understanding of PWS requirements and provide documentation of recent experience (within 5 years) repairing and recoating floors/walls with chemical-resistant epoxy in multiple areas simultaneously.
- Volume II: Price Proposal (unlimited pages): Must use Attachment 4 (Price List) and include company information (Name, DUNS, CAGE, Business Type/Size, ETN#, POC). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. The Government does not intend to conduct discussions; proposals should be the best and final offer.
