Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for culvert and associated supply delivery to two locations on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Delivery of culvert pipe and associated supplies.

• Specific culvert dimensions, coatings, and treatments are detailed in the "Schedule of Items" (Pages 2-3).

• All parts must be NEW approved parts. Alternate parts are authorized if they meet form, fit, and function requirements.

• Delivery required by April 27, 2026, to two locations: Lakewood-Laona Ranger District and Park Falls Ranger District in Wisconsin.

• Early deliveries may be accepted.
