Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted electronically via email to eflhd.contracts@dot.gov. A scanned copy of the official bid bond is required with the submission. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest Evaluation Total Price (sum of Schedule A and Schedule B bid totals).
