Scope of Work

Additional Notes
The chillers are water-cooled. The chiller plant has a gantry but no chain hoist, requiring the contractor to provide one for compressor removal and installation. There is no way to get a forklift or crane inside the plant; a lull is suggested for moving equipment over water lines from a temporary chiller outside.
