Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services, including:

  • Annual and quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Corrective maintenance, emergency service, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Operator training for HML personnel on Steelco autoclaves and the Sussman boiler.
  • Maintaining equipment in optimal operating condition.
  • Providing a minimum one-year warranty on all repairs.
  • Furnishing a yearly system performance report.
  • Responding to emergency calls within four (4) hours, with a callback within one (1) hour.

Technicians must be factory-trained or manufacturer-qualified, U.S. citizens or legal aliens, pass a security investigation, and be trained in safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety).
