Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit quotes electronically to STEPHANIE.R.PEREZ1@NAVY.MIL. Submissions must include: new procurement unit price, total price, procurement delivery lead time (in days), CAGE, inspection & acceptance CAGE (if different), and a cost breakdown (if feasible). Quotes must have a minimum 90-day expiration date. A critical requirement is that the ultimate awardee must be an authorized source/distributor of the original manufacturer's item. Non-manufacturers must provide an official letter from the OEM confirming authorized distributor status. No substitution of items is permitted without prior written approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer.
Quality Assurance
The contractor is responsible for performing all inspection requirements, maintaining quality program compliance, and keeping inspection records available to the Government for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
