• Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) will be considered for award. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer. If not the manufacturer, the OEM's CAGE code and part number must be provided.
• Production Facility Changes: Changes to production facilities require written approval from the Contracting Officer and may incur a $250 price reduction for administrative costs.
