Scope of Work
This procurement covers the manufacture and supply of the "Lifting Clamp Assembly #47," including all associated material, mechanical, physical, welding, and test requirements as detailed in Drawing 4398614. The contractor will be responsible for performing all welding, nondestructive testing (NDT), and inspections. The scope also includes the fabrication or provision of necessary Weight Handling Equipment and Test Fixtures to perform required tests. The material supplied must be mercury-free.
Key Requirements
Bidders must adhere to comprehensive quality assurance protocols, including MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001, and NCSL Z540.3 or ISO 10012. First Article Testing/Inspection (FAT/FAI) is mandatory, requiring government approval before commencing the first article unit and prior to production. Submission Requirements
