Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and testing services for the Domestic (Potable) Water Treatment System at the CMR Compound. This includes:

  • Providing necessary chemicals, monitoring system performance, and reporting results.
  • Preserving the interior waterside of piping and equipment, reducing operating costs, and ensuring proper operation of water treatment equipment.
  • Joint responsibilities with embassy facility management staff.
  • Routine testing, technical analysis of results, and three site visits per year.
  • Supplying chemicals with at least a one-year shelf life and establishing minimum/maximum control ranges.
  • Conducting 32 hours of annual familiarization training in English and French.
  • Reviewing water treatment and operating logs.
  • Submitting a written service report after each visit. All work must comply with NSF, AWWA, ANSI, SDS, ASTM D, NFPA, UL, IEEE, NEMA, and OSHA standards, as well as manufacturer O&M instructions. Repair options and emergency service rates are requested but will be billed separately.
