- Tensile Samples: Machining and testing of 264 additively manufactured CoCr tensile samples per ASTM E8, reporting UTS, 0.2%YS, %EL (4D), and %RA. Dimensions are 4.4" x .6" (vertical) and 4.4" x .6" (horizontal, in stacks of 6).
- Sample Machining: Requires specific processes including low-stress grinding and polishing to achieve specified surface finishes (0.8 Ra µm max for ground, 0.2-0.3 Ra µm for polished). Threads must be ground.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bidders must have a valid 2375 and JCP Portal validation to access protected documents. Key qualifications include NADCAP certification for testing and operations within an ITAR-controlled facility. Personnel must include a Contract Manager fluent in English. Compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, and HAZMAT regulations is mandatory. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-5315, Revision No. 26 (dated May 15, 2025) applies to work performed in specified Oklahoma counties (Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, and Oklahoma), dictating minimum wage rates and fringe benefits.
