  • Sample Machining: Requires specific processes including low-stress grinding and polishing to achieve specified surface finishes (0.8 Ra µm max for ground, 0.2-0.3 Ra µm for polished). Threads must be ground.
  • Process Verification: Verification of residual stresses using X-Ray Diffraction on a representative Ni718 specimen.

Eligibility & Requirements
