- Specific Machining: Requirements for low-stress grinding, polishing, and specified surface finishes (0.8 Ra µm max for ground, 0.2-0.3 Ra µm for polished).
- Process Verification: X-Ray Diffraction on a representative Ni718 specimen to verify residual stresses.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Bidders must possess NADCAP certification for testing and operate in an ITAR-controlled facility. Evaluation Criteria
