Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and materials for a turnkey renovation. The project is divided into two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001 (Building 1672 Command Post): Interior demolition, construction (framing, drywall, VCT/carpet, security windows/doors, soundproofing, cabinets), electrical (receptacles, lighting, emergency, fire alarm, conduit), and HVAC modifications (ducting, diffusers, return grates, override).
- CLIN 0002 (Building 1675 NDI Room): Installation of compressed air, wall painting, eye wash station, removal of existing AFFF system components, floor preparation (concrete demo, epoxy coating), HVAC (Mini Split with humidity control, Energy Recovery Ventilator), and electrical (GFCI, dedicated 480V 100A 3-phase receptacle, warning light, conduit). All work must comply with federal, state, local codes, DoD standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGSs).

Evaluation
