- Supply and install an integrated microphone system (four hanging condenser microphones).
- Supply and install an integrated speaker system (in-ceiling speakers, 70-volt system, digital sound mixer with master override).
- Supply and install an equipment rack with cooling and power conditioning.
- Tune the entire system for optimal audio performance in the room and on Polycom phones.
- Provide connectivity solutions including wired HDMI, wireless content-sharing (e.g., Barco ClickShare, Mersive Solstice), and cable management.
- Integrate the system securely into the network with remote management capabilities.
- Deliver two height-adjustable desks.
