Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, travel, delivery, tools, training, and labor to upgrade the conference room. Key requirements include:

- Camera System: Supply and install an approved PTZ camera (4K/1080p/720p, 12x optical/digital zoom, TAA compliant) with autofocus and tracking modes.
- Microphone System: Supply and install four hanging condenser microphones.
- Speaker System: Supply and install an integrated sound system with in-ceiling speakers, echo cancellation, noise suppression, a digital sound mixer, and a 70-volt system with six ceiling tile speakers.
- Rack and Amplifier: Supply and install an equipment rack with cooling and power conditioning, and an amplifier.
- System Tuning: Tune the entire system for optimal audio performance in the room and on Polycom phones.

Interested parties must notify the Government POC by Friday, March 6, 2026, at 12:30 PM EST to attend. Attendees must arrive at the Robins Air Force Base Visitor's Center no later than 8:45 AM EST. Additional Notes
Contractor personnel require visible identification and must comply with various security regulations (Government Security, COMSEC, OPSEC) and supply chain risk management procedures. Mandatory Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ISO 50001 Energy Management System awareness training are required for contractor personnel. A detailed contractor Safety and Health Plan is required. Invoices and payment requests must be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) module Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Several Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are specified for COTS manuals, EMS/EnMS training status reports, and accident/incident reports.
