Additional Notes

Contractor personnel require visible identification and must comply with various security regulations (Government Security, COMSEC, OPSEC) and supply chain risk management procedures. Mandatory Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ISO 50001 Energy Management System awareness training are required for contractor personnel. A detailed contractor Safety and Health Plan is required. Invoices and payment requests must be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) module Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Several Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are specified for COTS manuals, EMS/EnMS training status reports, and accident/incident reports.
