Opportunity Overview
COSMOS will provide comprehensive support for USSF CFC SATCOM and MILSATCOM missions across multiple geographically separated units (GSUs) globally. Services encompass a wide range, including administrative, financial, managerial, Satellite Operations Center (SOC) support, watch-office support, mission planning, remote telemetry and tracking, system upgrades and modifications, mission computer and systems maintenance, database support, technical assistance, exercise and testing support, simulation trainers, training development, communications, electronics, electronic system management, supply, network support (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS), environmental, civil engineering, custodial, industrial, physical and operational security, logistics, depot, and supply support. Performance locations require security classification up to Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Contract Details
This will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, utilizing both Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The IDIQ ordering period is structured with a 5-year base period and one 3-year option. Initial Task Orders include a 3-month phase-in period (TO 1) starting around May 1, 2027, and a 12-month base period with three 1-year option periods (TO 2).
