Purpose and Scope
This requirement is a follow-on to the Wideband Satellite Communications Operations and Technical Support II (WSOTS II) contract. The contractor will provide non-personal services to support USSF Combat Forces Command (CFC) SATCOM and MILSATCOM missions at multiple geographically separated units (GSUs) globally. Services include administrative, financial, managerial, Satellite Operations Center (SOC) support, watch-office, mission planning, remote telemetry and tracking, system upgrades/modifications, mission computer/systems maintenance, database support, technical assistance, exercise/testing support, simulation trainers, training development, communications, electronics, electronic system management, supply, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, environmental, civil engineering, custodial, industrial/physical/operational security, logistics, depot, and supply support. Performance locations require security classification up to Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The contractor's Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) facility must be CONUS (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
