Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and services required for commercial high-speed fiber internet. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering symmetrical internet connectivity with a minimum speed of 1 Gbps (download/upload), scalable up to 4 Gbps, for approximately 900 devices.
- Connecting to the existing Charter Communications fiber feed in Building 1800 or providing a new fiber feed utilizing the Westover Manhole Duct System.
- Installing a Router/Gateway device and Firewall in Building 1510.
- Providing 24/7 technical support with a 60-minute response for critical issues and on-site support within 2 hours for critical outages.
- Adhering to DoD cybersecurity requirements and maintaining a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 or higher.
- Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 60 days of award.
- Ensuring personnel pass background checks and adhere to base access protocols.
