  • Providing 24/7 technical support with rapid response times (60 minutes for critical, 4 hours for non-critical) and on-site support within 2 hours for critical outages.
  • Supporting all IP protocols (UDP, TCP, IPSEC) without filtering, proxies, or NAT, and providing public IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility.
