- Tab B – Pricing: Itemized quotes with unit prices and extended amounts on SF 1449.
- Tab C – Compliance Forms: Completed FAR 52.212-3, 52.204-24 (if not updated in SAM.gov), and FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
- Tab D – Evaluation Factor Responses: Technical Capability (limited to 3 pages), including technical documentation, product identification, compliance with salient characteristics, a Capabilities Statement addressing the SOW, and relevant documentation if an authorized distributor/reseller.
