Building 901 - Podium/Lectern:

• No laptop connectivity is required at the podium. Presenters will primarily use a desk at the northwest of the room. Direct HDMI connection to the front display is the only potential use for a laptop at the podium.
• No MS Teams call hosting is required at the podium.
• Microphone coverage must encompass the entire room, including the podium.
• No PTZ camera coverage is needed for the podium area.
• The conference table has 3 flip-up boxes with receptacles and wiring pass-throughs, connecting to existing floor boxes.
• Electrical outlet wall boxes are roughed in place as per the "A2 B901 Conference Electrical Image" and drywall is hung; no changes to these locations are anticipated.

Building 912 - Equipment & Integration:

• Existing displays and ceiling speakers in Building 912 are Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• The specific list of existing Building 912 equipment is detailed in "ANG - Large Conference Room - Technical Drawings FINAL.pdf" (Page 28).
• Three (3) Cisco SX80 Codecs (CS-CPRO-NR-K9++, CS-CODEC-EQ-NRK9++) must be replaced. These must be TAA Compliant and No Radio.
• The new system requires integration with two (2) Secret Networks and one (1) Top Secret network for VTC codecs.
• Ten (10) dedicated PCs (0 laptops) require integration: 7 inputs under the main conference table and 3 in a closet.
• PC input network security levels are specified: Closet (1 Unclass, 1 Secret, 1 Top Secret); Under Table (2 Unclass, 2 Secret, 2 Top Secret).
• Dual video outputs to the Crestron system are requested for these PC inputs.

Building 901:

• Ceiling: The ceiling will have a "cloud system" once complete, not remain open.
• Displays: One display is sufficient on the east side; displays will not be required on each side.
• Equipment Location: Options include a 1st-floor comm closet (requiring extensive fiber runs) or a control center/AV rack near or behind the presenter's desk in the NW corner.
• Network Access: Only NIPR access is required; SIPR is not.
• Conduit: Conduit exists in the floor running from the 1st floor up to the conference room table, terminating in hallway cable trays.
• Suspended Equipment: Contractors must provide the weight of any equipment suspended from the ceiling.
• Meeting Security: Secured meetings are not intended for this room.
• Desired Functionality: A "state-of-the-art" solution with Teams capability is desired for better interaction.
• AV Housing: Equipment can be housed in the podium or other mechanisms, with suggestions for placement near the presenter's desk or above the cloud ceiling. No wires should run from the podium.
• Bill of Materials: A basic list may be provided, but the focus is on presented solutions.
• Room Dimensions: Planned dimensions are 35' 9" long by 19' 1" wide; contractors should verify as-built dimensions. Ceiling height is 11 feet.
• Table Connectivity: An HDMI connection at the table is needed; floor/carpet runners are prohibited. The presenter's desk in the NW corner is the primary location for presentation functionality.
• Security Classification: Meetings are generally unclassified, potentially containing CUI. Secret classified laptops may be connected directly to the display.

Building 912:

• System Refresh: This is a tech refresh, potentially with downsizing.

• Security: Currently has 3 secured systems; only 1 allowed to run at a time. The system self-sanitizes.
• Teams on Secret Network: Yes, this is required.
• Codex Replacement: Required alongside Teams transition.
• Status Signs: Illuminated signs (Green for Unclassified/NIPR, Red for Secret/SIPR, Yellow for Top Secret/TS VTC) are required above the 2 entry doors, integrated with the control panel.

• Repurposed Equipment: Displays and Speakers.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for the procurement and installation of A/V equipment.

• Install A/V packages in conference rooms in Building 901 and Building 912.

• Ensure A/V packages enable real-time meetings with multiple other offices.

• Deliver, install, and make fully operational the A/V packages by July 17, 2026.

• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be developed and maintained.

• Services must be performed in accordance with the SOW.

• Ensure all meeting participants can be heard and can hear without straining.

• Monitor display sizes must allow all participants to see presentations without straining.

• Delivery, installation, and operational completion by July 17, 2026.

• Performance locations: 107th Headquarters, 9910 Blewett Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 and 107th Operations Group, 9965 Blewett Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.

• Installation hours: Monday-Friday, 0730-1600 hours, excluding US holidays.
