Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure and install a complete conference room audio/visual (A/V) equipment package for the 107th Headquarters at Niagara Falls, NY, to enable real-time meetings.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for the procurement and installation of A/V equipment.

• Install A/V packages in conference rooms in Building 901 and Building 912.

• Ensure A/V packages enable real-time meetings with multiple other offices.

• Deliver, install, and make fully operational the A/V packages by July 17, 2026.

• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be developed and maintained.

• Services must be performed in accordance with the SOW.

• Ensure all meeting participants can be heard and can hear without straining.

• Monitor display sizes must allow all participants to see presentations without straining.

• Delivery, installation, and operational completion by July 17, 2026.

• Performance locations: 107th Headquarters, 9910 Blewett Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 and 107th Operations Group, 9965 Blewett Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.

• Installation hours: Monday-Friday, 0730-1600 hours, excluding US holidays.

• Contractor must verify all room dimension measurements.

• No devices with Bluetooth or wireless capabilities are permitted.

• A simple connection method (e.g., HDMI cable) for Government-owned laptops is highly recommended.

• A NYS Certified Electrician is required for all electrical connections.

• Contractor employees must possess all required licenses and be fully trained and qualified.

• Contractor must comply with all installation access, security, and OPSEC policies and procedures.

• Contractor must provide a designated Contract Manager (CM) with full authority.

• Contractor employees must clearly identify themselves as contractors and wear distinguishing identification badges.

• Site visit is scheduled for April 21, 2026. Attendees must pre-register by April 17, 2026, with specific personal information and possess Federally-recognized Real ID.
