Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a complete audio/visual equipment package to support interactive meetings in two conference rooms: one in the Wing Conference Room, 107th Attack Wing (Building 901), and another in the Conference Room, 107th Operations Group (Building 912), both located in Niagara Falls, NY. This includes all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. Delivery and full operational status are required by July 17, 2026.
Key Requirements & Technical Details
General:
- No devices with Bluetooth or wireless capabilities are permitted.
- A simple connection method (e.g., HDMI cable) for Government-owned laptops is highly recommended.
- A NYS Certified Electrician is required for all electrical connections.
- Contractor employees must possess required licenses and meet REAL ID requirements for installation access.
- Off-site/home office prep work is permitted.
- All electrical work must comply with Uniform Facility Criteria (UFC).
Building 901 (Wing Conference Room):

- Equipment can be housed in the podium or other mechanisms, with suggestions for placement near the presenter's desk or above the cloud ceiling; no wires should run from the podium.
- No laptop connectivity is required at the podium; presenters will primarily use a desk at the northwest of the room. Direct HDMI to the front display is the only potential podium laptop use.
- Microphone coverage must encompass the entire room, including the podium.
- Room dimensions are approximately 35' 9" long by 19' 1" wide, with an 11-foot ceiling.
- An HDMI connection at the table is needed; floor/carpet runners are prohibited.
- Security classification: Meetings are generally unclassified, potentially containing CUI. Secret classified laptops may connect directly to the display.
- A lockable cabinet can be provided near the presenter's desk.
Building 912 (Operations Group Conference Room):
