Scope of Work
The requirement involves supplying and delivering a variety of cryogenic liquid and compressed gases to NUWC Keyport, Washington, and its Annex in Bangor TRF. The contract is anticipated to include one base year and up to four option years. Key services and products include:
- Cryogenic Liquids: Bulk Liquid Argon, Bulk Liquid Nitrogen, 160L cylinders of Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon.
- Compressed Gases: Gaseous Nitrogen (NI TP12, 16 pack rack cradle; 6K PSI), Bulk Propane, Helium Cylinders (300 Cu ft).
- Low Volume/Not to Exceed Cylinders: Hydrogen, Helium, P5, Oxygen, and Argon.
- Services: Inspection and repair for bulk tank gases (up to $8000 annually), installation and rental of a 500-gallon propane tank, and management of "Hot Fills" for bulk deliveries.
- Delivery: Contractor is responsible for delivery, connection, and transfer of materials to Government-owned storage vessels during operational hours (0800-1500, M-F).
