Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Offerors must provide a price for all numbered items, including options. Evaluation will be based on price only for the Base Bid and all Options. Offers providing less than 120 calendar days for Government acceptance will be rejected. Bid opening will be conducted telephonically.

Eligibility & Requirements

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors requesting access to restricted solicitation documents (containing FCI/CUI) must have an active SAM Registration and a current BASIC confidence level in SPRS (in accordance with DFARS clause 252.240-7997 and NIST SP 800-171). Access will be granted via PIEE upon government verification.

A CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification is mandatory prior to award for each contractor information system that will process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI during contract performance. An offeror will not be eligible for award without the required CMMC status posted in SPRS.
